Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using News Platter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

The App delivers translated news. Firebase services are used for performance/analytics, and push notifications.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features of the News Platter App are available through paid subscriptions. These subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• All billing is managed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your respective app store account settings.
• Subscription pricing and duration (e.g., monthly or yearly) are clearly presented prior to purchase within the app.
• Subscription benefits are accessible only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds follow the Google Play or App Store policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. User Conduct

• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access.
• No distributing harmful content.
• No interfering with App functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, translations, and design are owned by News Platter or its licensors.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Updated version will replace this document; continued use means acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, Ontario. Disputes are resolved in Canadian courts.
